Agnieszka is passionate about data-driven approaches to building sustainable economies, especially in the realm of food. The day after graduating from college, she hopped on a plane to work at a fair trade coffee and cacao cooperative in the Peruvian rainforest. Working with farmers, indigenous communities, and the cooperative solidified her intentions to support farmers and rural economic development.
She has spent her career in CSR and supply chain sustainability. She is currently an Analyst at Alter Eco, a pioneer in sustainable chocolate and ethical trade practices. Agnieszka has worked on rural development projects in the Dominican Republic, Panama, and Mexico. She grew up in Brooklyn and loves following her taste buds all over the world.
Alice is a dedicated sustainability professional with a focus on data and science to help businesses set sustainability strategy and goals. Most recently she developed a renewable energy data center vendor scorecard for Silicon Valley Tech Company that was implemented globally. She is accomplished in sustainability reporting, carbon emission footprinting, carbon emission verification and facility based energy auditing. Alice partners with customers and other companies to share environmental knowledge and best practices. Alice received her MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
Angel is an Analyst on the Diverse Leaders and Ed Tech investments teams at NewSchools Venture Fund, a venture philanthropy focused on K-12 education in the U.S.. Prior to joining NewSchools, Angel worked at Tideline, an impact investing advisory firm, where she focused on project research and supporting the operational needs of client engagements. Angel began her career as a Fellow with the Aga Khan Foundation based in Washington D.C. and West Africa and also has experience in project management at a large assessment management firm. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in International Relations and a minor in French.
Azwa (Az) is passionate about the circular economy and helping people, particularly youth, find pragmatic ways to live more sustainably. She has a diverse background in marketing and communications and business and risk consulting for Fortune 200 and nonprofit clients across engineering and research, commercial energy, higher education, and others. She currently works on Edelman's Business and Social Purpose team helping corporate clients think through sustainability approaches for impactful storytelling. Her interests in global sustainability solutions led her to pursue her graduate studies with coursework in Denmark, France, and South Africa.
Az graduated from University of California at Santa Cruz and received her MBA from the George Washington University with a focus on international business and responsible management. In her free time, you’ll find her rummaging through spices as she explores her Malaysian food roots, exploring the outdoors, and unsuccessfully trying to pick up another language.
Boris is a project manager with stok, a B-Corp specializing in healthy and sustainable real estate consulting. Through his work managing sustainable building certifications and performing Life Cycle Assessments to minimize embodied carbon, he has impacted buildings globally and has contributed to the initiatives of some of the world’s most innovative and valuable companies. Previously, he worked as a sustainability consultant for the Pentagon. With a range of volunteering experience, from DC to SF to Honduras, he hopes to continue merging his personal and professional passions through Net Impact. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, trail running, weight lifting, and attending concerts.
Bridget is an energy industry professional, and is passionate about the intersection of sustainability and business. She currently works at Redaptive, Inc. focusing on partnerships with utility companies and non-government agencies to identify and optimize on energy efficiency initiatives to benefit Redaptive's customers. Prior to Redaptive, Bridget worked at the Presidio Trust, furthering the government agency's internal sustainability initiatives. An East Coast native, she enjoys exploring the many outdoor offerings that the Bay Area has to offer. She also enjoys live music, trivia, and vegetarian/vegan cooking.
Ella is a corporate communications professional dedicated to corporate social responsibility and social impact initiatives. Her expertise is in bolstering corporate reputation by helping companies identify, and then communicate about their social purpose stories to consumers. She is currently working in advocacy, corporate giving, and brand communications at The North Face. Previously, Ella worked in the sustainable food & drink space at founding B Corporation Numi Organic Tea, and before that on the Business + Social Purpose team at the world's largest PR agency, Edelman. Ella graduated from Boston University with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Environmental Analysis & Policy.

Hannah is fiercely committed to helping businesses be a force for good. She brings a global perspective and systems approach to addressing today’s sustainability challenges. Hannah has nearly a decade of experience building sustainability and engagement programs. The majority of her career has been focused on implementing programs to promote renewable energy, helping customers avoid 4.5 million metric tons of CO2. Her efforts have resulted in hundreds of local service projects and nine international service journeys. Most recently she is supporting a new technology start-up design their sustainability strategy and continues to lead international service trips.
Hannah holds two degrees in sustainability including her bachelors from Arizona State University and her MBA from Presidio Graduate School. She is a Climate Reality Leader and enjoys spending time outdoors, under the sea and exploring new places. She thrives on serving and connecting with others and has volunteered on all 7 continents.
Julia thrives building relationships to support ideas that drive social change. She currently works on the Apparel and Home Goods program at Fair Trade USA as a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to operationalize and implement solutions that create more transparent and equitable supply chains.
Julia grew up in a bilingual Spanish immersion program and lived as an exchange student in Paraguay for a year. She also studied in China and France and has worked across various industries. In 2017, Julia lived in Uganda where she worked as the Program Manager of Pathfinder International’s “Population, Health, Environment” (PHE), a locally driven educational program with a mission to protect the environment while providing people with tools, training, and resources to thrive as business people and improve access to quality health care. Julia has a passion for intercultural exchange and connecting international communities to deliver sustainable solutions for the benefit of all.
She graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Political Science with an International Relations focus and minor in Spanish and French. Julia loves spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and building community.
Maritza Rendon is a communications professional focused on corporate responsibility and reputation. She works with mission-driven clients in the corporate, foundation and philanthropic space to advance solutions and foster collaboration for a greater impact. Maritza is passionate about circular economy and sustainability. Currently, she works at a leading global public relations firm and prior to that, worked at a publicly-owned water and electric utility in Oregon helping with their community and renewable energy communications.
Raised in Mexico City and now living in San Francisco, Maritza is passionate about learning from different cultures and life experiences. You can find her practicing yoga, hiking around the Bay Area, playing golf or at the farmers market.
Nadine is a dedicated program manager with 8+ years of expertise in project management, operations and relationship building across several industries. Nadine is currently working at Facebook, improving and building processes for Infrastructure Data Center Strategy. Nadine moved to the Bay Area a few years ago to start her own company focused on empowering food vendors by connecting them to commercial kitchens on an online platform. Since then, Nadine has been passionate about combining tech and social impact. Nadine also enjoys building community, exploring new restaurants in San Francisco and baking.
Vyria has over 18 years of global leadership in client and partner relationship management, cross-sector alliances, global strategy, project management and business development. She has professional experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors primarily in the technology industry and an extensive international background: residing, working, studying or traveling in 30+ countries. Vyria has worked at a telecom startup, an embassy, a human rights agency, a software company, a social enterprise and a tech nonprofit. In addition, she’s provided consulting services for domestic and global projects. She is passionate about technology for good and is always connecting people and ideas for social impact.
She has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Economics Business and International Studies from Westmont College. She has studied abroad in Costa Rica, France, and Italy.
A native of California and dual citizenship with Costa Rica, she loves wine, languages, hiking and global travel.
