Alice is a dedicated sustainability professional with a focus on data and science to help businesses set sustainability strategy and goals. Most recently she developed a renewable energy data center vendor scorecard for Silicon Valley Tech Company that was implemented globally. She is accomplished in sustainability reporting, carbon emission footprinting, carbon emission verification and facility based energy auditing. Alice partners with customers and other companies to share environmental knowledge and best practices. Alice received her MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
Asma Hasan is a foodie in her personal life as well as a professional in the food industry. She holds a B.S. in Food Science from Ohio State University and an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She worked in the alcoholic beverage industry for four years as a quality assurance technician and now work as a buyer at an organic food company. Needless to say, food is my life and my passion.
Chad DeVos is a Senior Associate Consultant at Triage Consulting Group, where he collaborates with hospitals and health systems on their operations and revenue cycle. He joined the leadership team of the Net Impact SF professional chapter in Fall 2017 in order to learn about sustainability from leaders in the community. As a second-year board member, Chad hopes to plan events to educate others on how to make a positive impact.
Chad graduated from UC Davis with a degree in a Managerial Economics and enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and going to concerts in his free time.
Ella is a corporate communications professional dedicated to corporate social responsibility and social impact initiatives. Her expertise is in bolstering corporate reputation by helping companies identify, and then communicate about their social purpose stories to consumers. She is currently working in advocacy, corporate giving, and brand communications at The North Face. Previously, Ella worked in the sustainable food & drink space at founding B Corporation Numi Organic Tea, and before that on the Business + Social Purpose team at the world's largest PR agency, Edelman. Ella graduated from Boston University with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Environmental Analysis & Policy.

Floor originally hails from the Netherlands and has been in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2012. Her work experience spans different countries (the Netherlands, Spain and the US) and different sectors (for-profit, non-profit and government). the Bay Area she ran the Wikipedia Education Program for the Wikimedia Foundation, building a worldwide network of education leaders and mentors. Later, she led the Faculty Operations team at Singularity University to build the infrastructure for the organization to scale and go global. She currently works for Joint Venture Silicon Valley as part of an initiative that matches highly skilled teams from Silicon Valley companies to high-impact, pro bono projects that tackle some of our most pressing community challenges. As a natural bridge builder and connector, Floor is excited to put her experience and skills to work building Net Impact's San Francisco Professional Chapter.
Hannah is fiercely committed to helping businesses be a force for good. She brings a global perspective and systems approach to addressing today’s sustainability challenges. Hannah has nearly a decade of experience building sustainability and engagement programs. The majority of her career has been focused on implementing programs to promote renewable energy, helping customers avoid 4.5 million metric tons of CO2. Her efforts have resulted in hundreds of local service projects and nine international service journeys. Most recently she is supporting a new technology start-up in becoming a certified B Corp and continues to lead international service trips.
Hannah holds two degrees in sustainability including her bachelors from Arizona State University and her MBA from Presidio Graduate School. She is a Climate Reality Leader and enjoys spending time outdoors, under the sea and exploring new places. She thrives on serving and connecting with others and has volunteered on all 7 continents.
Michelle is a Senior Communications Director for Mission Control Communications (mc²), serving as a strategic client advisor on media campaigns and public relations initiatives.
Michelle carries a robust portfolio in integrated marketing campaigns for communications clients at the intersection of finance, mobility, and energy. During her tenure with mc², she has led strategy, implementation and execution for early to mid-stage startups and companies to drive awareness for major launches, milestones and funding announcements. Prior to joining mc², she led thought provoking campaigns for notable mission-driven companies and nonprofits such as Toyota, Driscoll’s, SoFi and the Goldman Environmental Prize. Her work to develop clients as thought leaders has led to a renewed understanding on critical topics with key stakeholders, and often times an improvement in the bottom line. Michelle received a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University and an MBA in sustainable management from Presidio Graduate School.
Nadine is a dedicated program manager with 8+ years of expertise in project management, operations and relationship building across several industries. Nadine is currently working at Facebook, improving and building processes for Infrastructure Data Center Strategy. Nadine moved to the Bay Area a few years ago to start her own company focused on empowering food vendors by connecting them to commercial kitchens on an online platform. Since then, Nadine has been passionate about combining tech and social impact. Nadine also enjoys building community, exploring new restaurants in San Francisco and baking.
Samantha is a recent college graduate who has been highly involved with Net Impact since 2014. She was President of Cornell University's undergraduate chapter from 2015-2018 and founded the Cornell Business Impact Symposium, an annual event held at Cornell to facilitate discussions between students and business professionals on the topic of social impact and business. In 2017, Sam was named one of Net Impact's 25 Under 25, "shaping the future of social and environmental responsibility in enterprises and non-profits." She recently moved to San Francisco to pursue a career with a Athleta, a B Corp in the retail industry, where she focuses on sustainable and ethical production.
Sam loves anything social responsibility related and is currently on a journey to become zero-waste. In her down time she enjoys cooking, hiking, taking photos, traveling (especially to see how our clothes are produced!), and exploring the streets of SF to get to know the city better.
Tricia Piper-Bennett is a Chicago native who recently relocated to Oakland after 8 years spent in the UK and Tanzania. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a MSc in Urban Policy and Practice from the University of Glasgow. Tricia has worked primarily in development and operations for environmental and human services nonprofits, but also enjoyed 5 years managing the logistics and guest relations in Tanzanian safari lodges with her husband, Phil, who is a safari trails guide.
During business hours Tricia is a Campaign Associate for a San Francisco human services nonprofit called PRC that provides legal, social, and clinical services to marginalized adults at the intersections of HIV/AIDS, mental health and substance use. She devotes her spare time to volunteering with Running for a Better Oakland, campaigning for local and national candidates, and is an active member of the League of Women Voters and St Augustine’s Catholic Church in Oakland. In joining the leadership of Net Impact SF Tricia hopes to collaborate with thought leaders and community partners to advance social equity and environmental stewardship.
Vyria has over 18 years of global leadership in client and partner relationship management, cross-sector alliances, global strategy, project management and business development. She has professional experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors primarily in the technology industry and an extensive international background: residing, working, studying or traveling in 30+ countries. Vyria has worked at a telecom startup, an embassy, a human rights agency, a software company, a social enterprise and a tech nonprofit. In addition, she’s provided consulting services for domestic and global projects. She is passionate about technology for good and is always connecting people and ideas for social impact.
She has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Economics Business and International Studies from Westmont College. She has studied abroad in Costa Rica, France, and Italy.
A native of California and dual citizenship with Costa Rica, she loves wine, languages, hiking and global travel.
